路嘉公司工廠位于上海市青浦區徐涇經濟開發區，緊鄰虹橋國際機場和沈海高速公路，交通相當方便。工廠擁有先進的生產設備和檢測儀器，1萬多平方米建筑面積的廠房，2萬噸高檔環保水基膠和熱熔膠等膠粘劑的年生產能力。

2011年注冊成立成都新廠，位于專業化的成都羊安精細化工園區內，占地面積7萬多平方米，廠房建筑面積3萬多平方米，努力打造西部大的高檔熱熔膠和水基膠的現代化生產基地。

目前路嘉公司在北京、廣州、天津、重慶、深圳、東莞、哈爾濱、沈陽、大連、青島、杭州、寧波、福州、成都、西安、武漢、昆明等50多個大中城市設有營銷服務處，可為各地客戶提供及時有效的售前、售后服務，同時路嘉公司積極參與國際競爭，產品遠銷俄羅斯、東南亞，中亞、南亞等國家。

路嘉公司已經獲得ISO9001-2008質量認證,制定了HSE標準管理體系（健康，安全，環保），經權威認證檢測機構SGS，ITS等測試、鑒定，公司的水基膠和熱熔膠產品符合歐洲化學品管理署58種高度關注物質（SHVC）含量和REACH法規，符合歐盟RoHS指令要求，不含鄰苯二甲酸脂、重金屬等，不含毒質及危害臭氧層物質，符合EN71-PART3&PART9，ASTMF-963A等嚴格的環保標準。

The company is specialized in production and sale of high-grade hot melt adhesive and water base adhesive, which are widely applied to fields of wood processing, book binding, paper converting, food packaging, non-woven, engineering,tape,label, foot-wear, tobacco, etc. It has 18 years of history and experience in development, application and sale of adhesives.

Since its inception in 1995, the company, whose precursor was Shanghai Rocky Industrial Co., Ltd., has introduced modern enterprise management mode, innovated and applied advanced development mode of marketing service, greatly changing the marketing philosophy of domestic adhesive industry. It continuously develops new products, meets new requirements of customers and provides comprehensive solution for customers, which improve product quality and production efficiency of customers. Therefore, by right of its excellent product cost performance and high-quality service, the company enables customers to reduce comprehensive cost, improve production efficiency and improve product quality, improving comprehensive competence of products of customers and achieving common development with customers. Since 2000, the company has always been the first one in terms of market share in high-grade wood glue market of China.

Factory of the company is located in Xujing Economic Development Zone, Qingpu District, Shanghai City, adjacent to Hongqiao International Airport and Shenhai Highway. The factory has advanced production equipment and detection instrument, more than 10,000 square meters of workshop and an annual productivity of 20,000 tons of high-grade eco-friendly water base adhesive and hot melt adhesive, etc     

In 2011, Shanghai Rocky has set up a new plant in Chengdu. The plant is located in Chengdu Yangan's Fine Chemical Park. It has a coverage of 70,000㎡, with building area more than 30,000㎡. We are aimming to create the largest modern production base of high-end water based adhesives and hot melt adhesives in west part of China.

Now the company has set up marketing service centers in more than 50 large and medium-sized cities such as Beijing, Guangzhou, Tianjin, Chongqing, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Harbin, Shenyang, Dalian, Qingdao, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Fuzhou, Chengdu, Xi’an, Wuhan and Kunming, providing timely and effective pre-sales and after-sales service for customers. At the same time, the company actively takes part in international competition and has exported its products to Russia, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, South Asia, etc

The company has passed certification of ISO9001-2008 Quality Management System and has formulated HSE standard management system (healthy, safe, eco-friendly). Tested and identified by authoritative authentication and detection organizations such as SGS and ITS, water base adhesive and hot melt products of the company are accordant with contents of 58 kinds of SHVC specified by European Chemicals Agency, REACH regulation and RoHS. They do not contain phthalic ester, heavy metal, etc. and do not contain toxic substances and substances harmful to the ozone layer, being accordant with strict environmental production standards of EN71-PART3&PART9 and ASTMF-963A.
